Revival Take 3 (or 4?)
Since the last time I posted (2017?!) there have been a lot of changes so let’s do a quick recap of the highlights:
- I finished up my internship and got my masters as a Reading Specialist
- I was hired mid-year as a third grade teacher and have been at the same school with the same grade since then
- I got engaged then married to the love of my life who has been the most amazing support system for me
- We moved in together to a place we can call our own
- A certain Pandemic hit and we entered the world of remote learning
- My husband and I moved into a house (because Pandemics make spaces seem small and cramped) with an office and more space
- We began teaching onsite mid-pandemic
- I took the leap into a graduate certificate program focused on EdTech leadership
This brings me to 2021 and the revival of the blog. I am looking to funnel my brain into other creative things and right now I have so many things circulating through my head, I need to get them out in writing. I am finding a niche with instructional videos for teachers and parents. I am exploring all sorts of new technology tools and finding new passions in the world of education. Stay tuned because it will be a fun ride.
